Info: ZUMBA® Step vereint das klassische Zumba-Programm mit einem Step Aerobic Board und neuen schwungvollen Schritten. Das Training besteht zu 30% aus Fitness-Übungen, 40% Tanz-Elementen (Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton) und 30% Step Aerobic Schritten.
Mit dem Step als feste Anlaufstelle kommen hier auch klassische Workout-LiebhaberInnen auf ihre Kosten.

Der Kurs wird in Kooperation mit dem Kursstudio "Move together" durchgeführt und findet 7 x von 15.02.-28.03.2020 an den unten angeführten Terminen statt. Von TeilnehmerInnen versäumte Stunden können später nicht nachgeholt werden.
